Tile Roofs · Treasure Coast
Tile is brittle; underlayment is vulnerable. We use low-volume, low-pressure application with tile-specific chemistry — no cracked tiles, no displaced underlayment, no broken ridge caps.

Barrel and flat tile sit on a secondary moisture barrier — the underlayment. High-pressure water forces its way under the tiles and degrades the underlayment from above. And tile itself is brittle enough that a misplaced boot or pressure spike can crack a ridge cap. Our technicians are trained exclusively on residential roof work, including tile-specific foot placement and equipment calibration.
Tile develops a mix of Gloeocapsa magma, lichen, and mildew in Florida's humidity. Each requires a slightly different surfactant blend. We identify and dose for what's actually on your roof — one size does not fit all.
Every tile roof we clean is photographed before and after. We'll send those photos with your completion email — and we'll email a completion letter directly to your HOA on request.
