Why standard pressure washing ruins metal
High-PSI water forces grit under the seams where it can't be rinsed out. Acidic cleaners strip the factory coating, leaving a matte streak that's impossible to color-match. We use a pH-balanced, non-abrasive process that dissolves the residue without touching the paint.
Standing-seam specifics
Standing-seam ridges collect water in ways shingles don't, and they concentrate streaking along the seams. We apply and rinse at low volume so the runoff path stays predictable — and every seam gets the same dwell time.
